About Me

Before being a therapist, I am a human, so, just like yourself, I have lived through many struggles and want to live a

meaningful life.

The nomad life took me to many countries and allowed me to personally understand the natural struggles of migrating, living abroad and learning how to choose when a lot of variables are to be considered. At the same time, Buddhist philosophy has become my life approach and guidance from where to make decisions.

My journey started by getting a psychology degree, and from there on I kept studying theories, techniques and approaches that could enhance my capability to help others navigate life. The approach I choose is anchored in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness. Through evidence-based therapy techniques and personalized therapy, I empower individuals to overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and navigate life's complexities.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, physical illness, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to guide you on your journey to emotional resilience and inner peace.

The ACT and DBT approach invites us to become aware of what is happening and teaches us how to build a meaningful life, even with our struggles. Together we will focus on awareness, recognize inner and outer obstacles, decide how to respond to each situation, find north and do what works towards your goals.
